We are in air now!

This is our first recipe, well… we film all this back in August. But we were so busy since then. We have mooooore video to show you how to cook delicious things, one by one. But we are so happy to show us our very first one!

Today we’ll show you how to cook Melon Soup. OK, you can think that is no the best soup for the fall-winter season, but it is a perfect soup when you do sports or just to tired of hot soup. Or even for a party, if you want a fresh snack for your guests.

We were in Barcelona when we prepare it, so we have Iberian ham easy to find. If you are in the other side of the globe, we suggest to use you favourite cold meat, spicy or sweet.

For that soup you will need the following ingredients for each person:

  • 200-250 g melon
  • 1/2 cream tablespoon
  • 1/4 natural yoghurt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper (if you like)
  • 10 g Iberian ham shavings
  • fresh mint leaves
